Orders are checked and dispatched within one to two business days. Orders placed on public holidays move to the next working day.
Standard delivery takes two to four business days in major cities and up to seven business days for remote destinations. Free standard delivery applies above NPR 3,000.
Glass jars and food packs are sealed, cushioned, and protected from heat and moisture. Any visible damage should be photographed before the parcel is opened further.
Weather, road access, customs, and seasonal demand can affect delivery. Order tracking and status updates are provided where available.
